Consultant Terms and Conditions

By joining the Start Forward program as a consultant, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commitment to Support: As a consultant, you are committed to providing support and guidance to participants of the Start Forward program. This includes sharing your expertise, knowledge, and insights to assist entrepreneurs on their journey to success.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information or proprietary knowledge shared within the Start Forward program. All discussions, materials, and resources provided during the program are to be kept confidential unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

3. Ownership of Content: All content, materials, and intellectual property created or provided by Brain Digits LLC and the Start Forward program remain the sole property of Brain Digits LLC. This includes but is not limited to training materials, resources, templates, and any other content developed for the program.

4. Use of Program Materials: You may use program materials and content solely for the purpose of supporting participants within the Start Forward program. Any sharing or distribution of program materials outside of the program requires mutual agreement and consent from Brain Digits LLC.

5. Mutual Agreement for Sharing: Consultants may share program-related content or materials with third parties only after obtaining mutual agreement from Brain Digits LLC. This ensures that the integrity and confidentiality of the program are maintained.

6. Privacy and Data Protection: You agree to adhere to all applicable privacy laws and regulations when handling any personal or sensitive data of program participants. Any information collected or shared during the program must be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

7. Conflict of Interest: Consultants are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise during their participation in the Start Forward program. This includes any existing relationships with program participants or competitors.

8. Termination of Agreement: Brain Digits LLC reserves the right to terminate the agreement with any consultant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed detrimental to the program or its participants.

By joining the Start Forward program as a consultant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
